The larger links are sterling that Mom and I made and the tiny ones are niobium (the “air” mix) from Spiderchain. It’s a Japanese 6-in-1 weave and finished it off with two foldover clasps right next to each other.
Thanks! It's a bracelet, and no, it's not for sale :-( If it were, I'd have to charge about a jillion dollars for it because it took forEVer to make--I am not very speedy with the pliers.... I might let you borrow it, though, if you really like it!
I can totally understand not parting with something that takes that much effort. It's also hard to price something like that! MomH makes great quilts but she would rather give them away before putting a price on one. She figures if it's a gift, no one has a right to be critical - even though there's nothing to criticize.
Kudos to MomH. I have made exactly one quilt, and I am pretty sure I
don't have the patience to repeat the performance. (I gave mine away,
too.) The funny thing is that I still use my quilting ruler, rolling
cutter and mat all the time--just on paper instead of fabric :-)

It really is lovely. Great job!
